One partner, not four
Sea freight, air freight, customs clearance and warehousing are all handled in-house. You are not passed between a forwarder, a broker and a warehouse operator, and nothing falls into the gap between them.
Our own warehouse in Dubai and Jebel Ali
We hold space in Dubai and Jebel Ali, including free zone and local warehouses. That means we can receive, consolidate, store and re-export your goods, and arrange transfer of ownership inside Jebel Ali without moving the cargo at all.
Customs handled end to end
Our brokers prepare and verify documents before the shipment arrives, not after. Import and export clearance, HS classification, duty and tax assessment, temporary imports and transit handling are all part of the service.
Cargo most forwarders turn away
Dangerous goods, break-bulk, project cargo, household goods and personal effects — we quote them properly instead of declining them, and we pack and crate to standard where the cargo needs it.
A tracking code on every shipment
Every booking gets a tracking code you can enter on this website to see where your cargo is, what happened last and when it is due. No phone calls needed for a status update.
A rate you can act on
Send us the route, the cargo and the ready date and you get a rate back — usually within one working day — with what is included spelled out, so you can compare it against anyone else.
How we work
- You send the details. Origin, destination, what is being shipped, weight and volume, and when it is ready.
- We quote. A written rate with the scope stated: what is covered, what is not, and the expected transit time.
- We move it. Booking, collection, documentation, clearance and delivery, with a tracking code from day one.
- You stay informed. Status updates on the tracking page, and one point of contact for anything that needs a decision.
Where we work
Dubai and the wider UAE are our base, with a network of agents covering the routes our customers actually use — the Gulf, the Indian subcontinent, East Asia, Europe and East Africa. If your route is not one we run regularly, we will say so rather than quote a number we cannot hold.
